About the project
Community-led research: BBBC operates in a culturally diverse area of London, with some of the highest levels of deprivation in the UK. Since the early 1980s it has devised long term programmes (from health services and social prescribing to debt advice and supoort for social enterprise) in response to identified local need. To this end, BBBC conducts community-based research, collaborating with local people to understand their needs and co-design improvements.
