About the project
A charity buying and renovating empty properties to provide affordable homes and community spaces for those in housing need. In the process it provides training - from construction skills to catering and gardening - to assist local people into employment. Giroscope’s aim is to move from renovation into carbon-efficient new homes; and to expand job creation into running neighbourhood services.
