About the project
A multi-award-winning, community-led development of 11 affordable houses in Lewisham – the first in London by a Community Land Trust (CLT). Prices are based on rates that are accessible to local people and it is widely seen as a model of excellence in community involvement and design, which other community builders and boroughs can follow.
