About the project
Growing Health Together is commissioned by the local Integrated Care Board to assist GP surgeries to collaborate with communities to improve health across the county. This innovative partnership has produced multiple inclusive activities in support of health and wellbeing – from community gardening to sport. - and is demonstrating the tangible benefits to health of non-formal health interventions.
