About the project
A model providing service providers and Local Authorities an open-source, evidence-based toolkit to plan, measure, and demonstrate health benefits from arts and cultural interventions. It systematically guides projects and funders —from defining needs, through outputs and intermediate outcomes, to long-term impacts—using outcomes aligned with NHS priorities like reduced isolation, improved mental well‑being, and reduction in health inequalities.
